They also send literature for distribution in other countries upon request.

Impact Evaluation:
Unique Target Audience
The Christian Vegetarian Association targets its advocacy efforts primarily toward religious Christians, and many of its arguments are based on the Bible. This allows the CVA to address their audience in a style expected to be particularly persuasive to Christians but which would not be appropriate for a broader, general audience. Their target audience is also distinctly different from that of many other vegetarian and vegan advocacy groups, allowing the CVA to make a unique contribution.
Limited Evidence of Impact
Because the Christian Vegetarian Association targets a different audience and uses different materials than other groups, they may have substantially different effectiveness than other groups which conduct similar outreach such as leafleting or giving lectures. Without systematic efforts to track their impact, we don’t know whether their effectiveness is greater or less than that of other groups. Unless they provide evidence of their impact, we can’t tell whether the tailoring of their materials allows them to be highly effective in targeting an audience which has not otherwise been shown to be particularly receptive to vegetarian outreach.
