Zuzana joined ACE in January 2024. She has a background in water engineering and liberal arts and has worked on alternative protein industry research. Prior to joining ACE, she completed the Research Training Program with Charity Entrepreneurship. Her research interests include social change, movements, and alternative protein acceptance.
