Double your Donation by December 31st
ACE is thrilled to announce a special giving opportunity! Thanks to a very generous donor, all gifts to our new Effective Animal Advocacy Fund will be matched, up to $1,000,000. This means that you can double your donation from now until the end of the year, substantially increasing your impact for animals.
Contributions to this Fund will help expand the animal advocacy movement by supporting some of the most innovative interventions addressing animal suffering around the world. Donating to this Fund is an opportunity to provide vital capacity-building resources and seed funding to up-and-coming charities that may not yet meet the criteria for an ACE recommendation. Some of the Fund may also support our current recommended charities if they are engaging in programs that we perceive to be particularly impactful at the time of distribution. In January, ACE will allocate all of the funds raised and matched through the end of the year to charities and programs that our research indicates will do the most possible good. For the first round of grants, we will focus mostly on capacity building, which our research shows is currently the most underfunded area in animal advocacy. Learn more about the Effective Animal Advocacy Fund here.
This matching challenge is an incredible opportunity to help more animals by doubling your donation. We hope you will give to the Effective Animal Advocacy Fund by December 31st so that together we can have a greater impact for animals in 2019!

Hi,
Will you be announcing where the money is distributed in January and July, perhaps with a short justification?
Regards,
Kevin
Heather Herrell says
Thanks for your comment, Kevin! Yes, ACE will be announcing grant recipients for the Effective Animal Advocacy Fund in January and July, including why they were selected based on our research.
Best wishes,
Heather

Any further updates here? I know ACE chose an application process rather than utilising existing information from charity evaluation.
